How old is Isabela Moner-Merced?

Isabela Moner is a young American actress who became famous for her performance in some Nickelodeon TV series and some movies. She was born in 2001 in Louisiana and grew up there alongside her two brothers. Her mother is of Peruvian origin, thus, Isabela's first language is Spanish, and in her childhood she had to struggle while learning English. However, since her early ages, she has been showing her natural talents for acting, and her parents supported their daughter in her desire to be an actress. Moner began appearing on the theater stage when she was 6 years old, and her Broadway debut took place in 2011 when she appeared in Evita. Her first cinema role was the one in The House of Jack Built, and in 2015 Isabela was invited to play the lead role in TV series 100 Things to Do Before High School and Dora and Friends. Her most notable cinema roles include Transformers: The Last Knight, The Nut Job 2, Instant Family, Sicario: The Day of the Soldado, Dora And the Lost City of Gold, etc. Isabela Moner is also trying herself as a singer and released her first studio album in 2015. In 2019 she announced that she had changed her last name from Moner to Merced, in order to honor her late grandma.
