A Japanese professional wrestler, Iyo Sky is widely recognized as one of the most accomplished and athletic performers of her generation. Her name is Masami Odate and she was born in 1990, in Kamakura, Kanagawa, Japan. She made her professional wrestling debut in 2007 and quickly gained attention for her fearless high-flying style, competing throughout Japan and Mexico before becoming the face of World Wonder Ring Stardom. She had a fast run with Stardom where she became a two-time World of Stardom Champion, two-time Wonder of Stardom Champion, the inaugural SWA World Champion and the first Grand Slam Champion in the promotion’s history.

She signed with WWE in 2018 and became the NXT Women's Champion in 2020 after defeating Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley in a Triple Threat Match and later won the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship.
