Oliver Phelps is a British actor known for his role of George Wisley, one of the characters of Harry Potter movies series. He was born in 1986 in Birmingham and grew up alongside his twin brother James Phelps and their parents. Oliver loved acting since he was a young teenager and it was him who persuaded his brother to attend the auditions for the role of the Wisley Brothers.
