Aurora Askens is a charismatic and talented singer from Norway who is famous for her unique style and voice. She was born in 1996 in the western Norway and spent some first years of her life in a small city on Hole, alongside her family. Later on the Askens moved to a smaller town where Aurora grew up in a small farm. She started learning to play piano when she was 6 and started writing her first songs, both in her native and English languages, when she turned 10. Her style is defined as eclectic pop which is a mixture of a few pop styles. Her first professional single named "Puppet" came out in 2012 followed by a few other singles. Her debut EP was recorded and came out in 2015, it was titled Running With The Wolves, and so was the title of the main hit of the album. Later in the decade Aurora released her first studio album titled All My Demons Call Me A Friend, and then the second one titled Infections Of A Different Kind followed by one more, A Different Kind of Human. Her most famous singles include "Runway", "I Went Too Far", "Into The Unknown", as well as her cover of a famous song by Oasis, "Half The World Away". Aurora Askens is a winner of many local and international musical awards, as well as a beginner actress who has appeared in a few movies.
