Chris Evans is a popular American actor who is primarily known for his portrayal of Captain America in the epic Marvel comics-based movies. He was born Christopher Robert Evans in Boston, to the family of British, Irish, German, and other European origins. He grew up alongside his three siblings, and their mom had to do with acting, that's why Chris had a great chance to attend the best theater performances in the city and later on joined the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. His cinema debut took place in the late 1990s, in an educational film about biodiversity, and right after that Evans continued by taking part in a TV series Opposite Sex and a movie The Newcomers.
