How old is Hayden Christensen?

Hayden Christensen is an actor from Canada known for his roles in Star Wars prequel movie sequence. Born in 1981 in Vancouver, he grew up in quite a large family of Danish, Swedish and Italian origins which includes his parents and his three siblings. In his childhood years Hayden was extremely good at sports and even played for national junior ice-hockey team. However, when he stayed with grandparents in Long Island for summer holidays, he started attending an acting studio where he was noticed by some local scouts and invited to take part in producing some commercials. He started seriously thinking about developing a career in acting and began actively participating in filming some cinema movies in the late 1990s. In 2001 he played a role of Sam Monroe in Life As A House which brought him plenty of awards and award nominations. The next year he appeared in the first Star Wars movie followed by two more which made Christensen popular around the world. Other notable works of him include his roles in such movies as Awake (with Jessica Alba), Takers, American Heist, First Kill (with Bruce Willis), Little Italy, etc. On TV, he is famous for his role in TV series Higher Ground. Hayden Christensen was married to an actress Rachel Bilson and the couple has a daughter, but they separated in the late 2010s.
