Jason Derulo is an American singer, musician, and dancer, who became popular for a few of his hits like "Whatcha Say", "In My Head", "Wiggle", and others. He was born Jason Joel Desrouleaux in 1989 in Florida and his parents are of Haitian origins. Jason began demonstrating his talents in singing in a very early age, so his parents sent him to an arts school. When Derulo was 16 years old he started collaborating with a number of musicians and singers as a songwriter, and he started his own career in the late 2000s by releasing his debut single "Whatcha Say" which has become one of the most famous and successful hits of the musician so far. In 2010 his debut eponymous album came out and received a very warm reaction of the critics. A year later he collaborated with Demi Lovato and released one more famous hit, "Together". The same year his second solo album came out. In the mid-2010s, Derulo continued working in the studio and touring. He has released plenty of interesting songs of his own style which is a mixture of pop, R&B, and rap. After appearing in American Idol TV show Jason Derulo started dating its winner Jordin Sparks, but then the couple split up. He gladly collaborates with other singers like Nicki Minaj, David Guetta, etc.
