Jensen Ackles is a talented American actor known for his great roles in Days of Our Lives and Supernatural. He was born in 1978 in Texas and his father was an actor. However, Jansen himself didn't plan to become an actor and wanted to study medicine at the University of Texas. His serious acting career started in 1996 when he was invited to play small roles in TV series like Sweet Valley High, Wishbone, and Mr. Rhodes. In 1997 he starred playing Eric Brady, a regular character in Days of Our Lives. The early 2000s were marked by Jensen's participation in the series Dark Angel, Dawson's Creek and Smallville, as well as by the roles in the films Devour and Blonde.
