A charming South Korean pop singer and performer, Jihyo is a member and one of the frontwomen of the famous K-pop girl group Twice. She was born in 1997 in South Korea, and her real name is Park Ji-hyo. She spent her early years in the city of Guri alongside her family and friends. From a young age, she has been showing an amazing natural talent for dance and music. In her early teens, Jihyo was discovered by JYP Entertainment and joined a training program, spending several years in the system preparing for her debut and developing her vocal and stage skills.
Prior to her professional debut, Jihyo was part of a trainee project called 6mix. In 2015 she became one of the nine members of Twice, a group formed through a television reality show. Twice became well-known with their first album titled The Story Begins, which came out in 2015. They quickly became one of the biggest names in K-pop. Jihyo started her solo career in 2023 with the EP titled Zone, which included the hit single "Killin' Me Good."
