Philipp Lahm is a prominent German soccer player and a defender who had an exceptionally bright career playing for Bayern FC. He was born in 1983 in Munich and has been playing soccer since he remembers himself. When he was 11 Philipp joined Bayern FC youth team and his debut for the main team took place when Philipp was 19 years old. For Bayern, he played for 15 seasons, with a small break when being sent to Stuttgart as a loan. Since 2012 he was the captain of the team and a true leader of it. He could pay right or left back, as well as a back midfielder, and is considered to be among the best defenders for the whole history of German soccer. He has earned the nickname "Magic Dwarf" for his amazing talent and endurance. Lahm also took part in a large number of international competitions and was an active member of the German National team.
