How old is Cillian Murphy?

A handsome and charismatic actor Cillian Murphy has a great number of fans and is popular for his roles in a few cinema movies and TV series. He was born in 1976 in Ireland, to the family of teachers, and grew up in a suburb of Cork city, alongside his three siblings. Music and singing were his first serious passion, and when Cillian was 10 he started learning to play musical instruments and writing his songs. A few years later he began appearing on stage of his school theater which evoked his true interest in acting as well. During his high school times and early university years Murphy tried himself as a singer on a band. They were offered to sign a contract but Cillian changed his mind as at the moment he had other serious invitations to develop his career as an actor. In the late 1990s he took part in filming a few short films, and his first serious roles were in the movies like Intermission, 28 Days Later, and Girl With A Pearl Earring. In 2005 Murphy started his collaboration with Christopher Nolan who invited Cillian to join the cast of his Batman movie series. Other notable works of Murphy include the role in such movies as Breakfast on Pluto, Sunshine, Interception (starring Leonardo DiCaprio), In Time (with Justin Timberlake), Red Lights (with Robert De Niro), Dunkirk, A Quiet Place Part II, etc. As a TV actor, Cillian Murphey is known for his great performance in some TV series like Peaky Blinders. He is married and has 2 children.
