Ed O'Neill is a famous American actor who rose to fame for his amazing performance as Al Bundy in the iconic American TV series Married... With Children. Born in 1946 in Ohio, in his childhood he was dreaming about pursuing a professional career in American football. However, while studying at the Youngstown State University he began attending an acting course and a small theater studio, which was the beginning of his love for acting. In the early 1980s, he was invited to take part in TV projects like Another World, Miami Voice, Hunter, The Equalizer, and in 1987 he started working on portraying Bundy in Married... With Children starring opposite Katey Sagal, Christina Applegate, and other actors. This role brought him fame and worldwide recognition, as well as a few awards including the Golden Globe award.
