Timothy Walter Burton was born in 1958 in California, since the early childhood, he loved painting, drawing, and watching movies. His career began in the early 1980s after he studied character animation in one of the universities of California. A short movie "Vincent" was his first one to reach the big screens. Overall, Burton became truly known after directing "Beetlejuice" (with Winona Ryder, Michael Keaton, and Alec Baldwin), followed by other horror masterpieces like"Edward Scissorhands" (with Johnny Depp and Winona Ryder), "Batman Returns", "Ed Wood", "Batman Forever", "Mars Attacks" (with Jack Nicholson), "Superman Lives!". The 2000s were marked by creating new movies like "Planet Apes", "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" (with Johnny Depp), "Bride Corpse", "Sweeny Todd", "9". In the early 2010s, he successfully collaborated with Depp again, in the movies "Alice in Wonderland" and "Alice Through Glass".
