Travis Barker is a drummer, songwriter, producer, and TV personality. Born in 1975 in California, he grew up in Fontana, alongside his parents and two elder sisters. His mom encouraged his love to drums and sent him to special lessons when Travis was only 5. Later on he learned to play trumpet and guitar, as well as started trying to write songs. After finishing high school he moved out of his parents' house and began playing with various bands, mainly rock and punk. In the mid 1990s he joined The Aquabats and a few years later became a drummer for Blink-182 which became the most successful project of his.
