Hayley Williams is an American singer, songwriter, and musician best known as the lead vocalist of the rock band Paramore. She was born in 1988 in Meridian, Mississippi, and spent much of her childhood moving before eventually settling in Franklin, Tennessee. From an early age, Hayley showed a strong interest in music and began taking vocal lessons while still in school.

In the early 2000s, she met future Paramore bandmates and officially formed the group in 2004. Paramore quickly gained attention for their energetic sound and emotional lyrics, releasing their debut album All We Know Is Falling in 2005. The band achieved mainstream success with later albums such as Riot!, Brand New Eyes, and After Laughter, producing hit songs like "Misery Business", "Decode", and "Ain’t It Fun".

Beyond her work with Paramore, Hayley Williams has explored solo projects, releasing the albums Petals for Armor and Flowers for Vases / Descansos. She is also a businesswoman, having launched her own hair dye brand, Good Dye Young.
