Born as Richard Colson Baker in 1990 in Ohio and spent his childhood in the family of missioners who traveled a lot. Richard was a kind of a rebel child and in his secondary school times, he began being extremely interested in hip hop and rap music, naming Eminem and Ludacris as his idols. He took the name Machine Gun Kelly and released his first hit "Alice in Wonderland" in 2010.
