Ashanti is a known and successful R&B singer famous for her unique voice and some great hits that she has recorded so far. Born Ashanti Douglas in 1980 in the state of New York, she was brought up by the parents who had to do with music and singing. When she was a child, she used to sing in a church choir and, in addition to her great singing potential, she was lucky to be invited to join a few cinema projects as an actress. Her musical career started in the early 2000s after she had been discovered by some local talent scouts and invited to sign up with a recording label. Ashanti released her debut eponymous album in 2022 which was immediately followed by three other albums that came out within just 2 years and included hits like "Foolish", "Rain On Me", "Rock With U", and others.
