Lumi Pollack is a young American actress who has been steadily building her reputation in film and television since childhood. She was born Lumi Ella Pollack in 2009, in New York City and comes from a multicultural background of Japanese, Colombian, and Jewish heritage. From an early age she showed a strong passion for the performing arts, especially after attending a musical-theater program at Long Lake Camp for the Arts.
She began her professional acting career at just 11 years old when she appeared as Amelia Cavell in the acclaimed drama The Fallout, a role that brought her early recognition. She later starred as the lead character in the adventure film Autumn and the Black Jaguar, which required months of preparation and filming in Mexico, including time spent bonding with a real jaguar for authenticity.
Lumi Pollack has also worked in television and voice acting, portraying Posey in the series Electric Bloom and voicing Westyn in Dee & Friends in Oz. Outside acting, she is musically talented, playing instruments such as piano and guitar, and enjoys singing, dancing, and writing.
