A charismatic American actor, Michael C. Hall is widely recognized for his award-winning role of Dexter Morgan in the television series Dexter. He was born in 1971 in North Carolina and experienced the tragic loss of his father to cancer when he was in his early teens. After recovering a bit from that bitter event and trying to find a new purpose in his life, Hall became seriously interested in performing and was invited to join his school theater productions. Hall is a vegan and a cancer survivor who has successfully battled lymphoma.
