Michelle Obama is an American lawyer, writer, social life activist, and the first in the history of the United States African-American First Lady of the country. Born as Michelle LaVaughn Robinson in Illinois, she grew up in a working-class family, alongside her elder brother Craig. Just like her brother, Michelle graduated from Princeton University and went on studying law in Harward School of Law. After finishing it, Michelle started her professional career by working in one of the leading companies Sidley Austin, where she met her future husband, Barack Obama whom she married in 1992. During the late 1990s - early 2000s she continued working in a number of governmental and non-profit organizations, as well as supporting her husband's raising political career and bringing up their two daughters. Michelle was one of the pillars and moving forces of Obama's Presidential campaigns in 2007 and in 2012, remembered by delivering a few remarkable public speeches supporting her husband.
