How old is Princess Diana?

Princess Diana was known as the Rose of the World, the Princess of the World, or simply as Diana, Princess of Wales. She can be counted among the most extraordinary and outstanding personalities of the 20th century, whose contribution to world peace and well-being was truly valuable... 

Born in July 1961 in the small town of Sandringham, Norfolk, Diana Frances Spencer grew up in the wealthy and large family of Earl Spencer, who held a title and was quite close with members of the Royal Family. Diana received an excellent education, and when she was 20 years old, she became engaged to Prince Charles, the eldest son of Queen Elizabeth II. Charles and Diana were married in 1981 and, shortly after, had two lovely sons, Princes William and Harry. 

Diana led a rather difficult life, as her relationship with Prince Charles wasn’t always smooth. A great number of books have been written about the two of them and their lives. Diana devoted herself to raising her children, engaging in charity work, and supporting others. She visited some of the world’s most dangerous regions, including war zones, and was always concerned with the lives of the poor and the sick. She supported underprivileged children and was one of the most active humanitarian figures affiliated with the UN. She helped to open numerous hospitals around the world, including those serving poor and homeless communities, and raised funds for various research initiatives related to cancer and other serious diseases. 

She died in the summer of 1997 in an automobile accident during a trip to Paris. At that time, she was divorced from Prince Charles and was experiencing difficult times with the Royal Family. She was a wonderful and deeply emotional woman, whose incredible charm and kindness will be remembered for generations...
